Robert Harvey, frontman: "We’ve been tracking the cause as a band for a long time, and this is an opportunity to do something about it. It’s 2004, and people are still racist in many places in the world, and it’s got to stop."

"They enjoy a youthful flush of wide-eyed determination to stand aside from what they perceive to be the watered-down tedium that dominates British rock at the moment. So the debut single lays out their case with a monster blues riffathon matched with an attitude that has more to do with the Charlatans in their pomp. A double a side, the flip offers another view of the band with its layers of guitars spiraling to infinity. The band's mantra is to try to do things their own way and aim to do things that other bands have never done before. One may suspect snotty arrogance, but its more to do with a refreshing and purely instinctive attitude that's been lacking from other bands in recent years."
