Campaign supporters The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster
Brighton-based noiseniks EMBLD (as their fans call them) came to prominence in 2002 with their short sharp shock of a first album "Horse of the Dog". Clocking in at just over 25 minutes, the album showed that their brand of blues punk-rock didn't mess about. Recent single Mister Mental has also been making waves amongst the rock fraternity; a live version of "Morning Has Broken" a particular fans' fave. Guy McKnight: "I'd like to think that as a band with parents of six different nationalities between us (English, Scottish, Indian, Sri Lankan, Persian and Greek) that we represent how there should be no barriers within today's society.
